Natural Product     

The TennorTop is manufactured from natural coloured Wenge, and forms part of the recycle chain by using the process of finger- jointing smaller sections into the larger panel. This process will show the natural features of the wood which, in some grades, contains knots and has natural colour variations. The top face is free of defects; natural wood, and minor processing defects are permitted on the underside. The TennorTop is delivered un-treated so that you can customise to your actual requirements. The company cannot be held responsible for the effect of ill treatment or unsuitable customisation.

Colour Mix

The staves that go into producing TennorTop are specially selected to feature the natural wood grain. There is no specific selection for colour.

Technical Data

  1. Sanding: Faces are sanded to a minimum 120 grit.
  2. Lamination: Two component, thermosetting emulsion adhesive - Type used is class D4 for exterior purposes. Adhesive conforms to low formaldehyde requirements. Staves are 45mm  width which gives the best possible aspect of the wood at the same time as maintaining strength & stability properties.
  3. Moisture Content: Average 8-10%.
  4. Stave width: 40mm
